The barn is divided into two apartments and was completely restyled with original materials: tuscan cotto, wooden trunks and wrought iron grates at windows. The furniture is composed of original rural taste pieces.

About smq, 2+2 sleeps: the apartment is composed of a living room with cooking corner, fireplace and dining area, a double bedroom and a modern bathroom with shower.
 

The apartment is provided with tv sat, safe and electric oven.

Apartment "Il Pollaio"

About 95 smq, 4 sleeps. It is composed of a kitchen, livingroom with bed-sofa and fireplace, a double bedroom, a two twi-beds bedroom and modern bathroom with shower. The apartment is provided with tv sat, dishwasher, safe, electric oven and some other small household appliances.

It is possible to have outdoor dinners on the terrace. The barbecue is near the pool and its use is free.

The farm’s surroundings are ideal for those who love trekking. During vintage and the honey-extraction, guests are welcome and usually take part at pizza-dinners organized after the work.
